FINAL FANTASY VILLAINS IN INK: EDEA
For #5 in my Final Fantasy villains series for Inktober, I decided I needed to do a female villain. I don’t know where in my infinite wisdom I thought the cure for my recent feelings of concern over my art was to try drawing Edea Kramer. I spent a good hour trying to figure out the pokey arch thing before scrapping it because the lines didn’t fit the dry-brush style of the rest of the drawing. I do love her crazy costume, though, so I hope this turned out halfway decent. At least I can say I inked it my way (meaning I used way too much Pro White).
Medium: Brush, India ink, Micron pens (for the small details in the arch), Pro White (for highlights), and a toothbrush dipped in Pro White for the night sky effect in the window-pane.
